Horizon Europe 2025 calls on Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society (CL2)

Objectif

Cluster 2, ‘Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society’ aims to meet EU goals and priorities on enhancing democratic governance and citizens participation, on the safeguarding and promotion of cultural heritage, and to respond to and shape multifaceted social, economic, technological and cultural transformations. Cluster 2 mobilises multidisciplinary expertise of European social sciences and humanities (SSH) for understanding fundamental contemporary transformations of society, economy, politics and culture. It aims to provide evidence-based policy options for a socially just and inclusive European green and digital transition and recovery.

Critères d'éligibilité

To be eligible for funding, applicants must be established in one of the following countries:
– the Member States of the European Union, including their outermost regions
– the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) linked to the Member States

Unless otherwise provided for in the specific call conditions, only legal entities forming a consortium are eligible to participate in actions provided that the consortium includes, as
beneficiaries, three legal entities independent from each other and each established in a different country as follows:
- at least one independent legal entity established in a Member State; and
- at least two other independent legal entities, each established in different Member States or Associated Country

Destination "Innovative Research on Social and Economic Transformations" or 'TRANSFO': Tackling gender-based violence, working time reduction, better understanding of undeclared and underdeclared work, digital tools in everyday life on key skills development, mental health for people in education, training and work, increased autonomy of persons with disabilities

Typologie de consortium

Projects funded under Horizon Europe usually last from 12 to 48 months. The expected EU contribution per project ranges from EUR 2M to 5M.
