This infoday is hybrid, with pitching sessions and livestreamed sessions available. Speakers from the Commission will provide detailed insights into the call topics.
The infoday will begin with a a presentation by the Commission on AI, Data, and Robotics topics under Horizon 2025, followed by a Q&A session. Afterwards, potential proposers will be invited to pitch either their project ideas or the competence they can offer to a consortium in the making. This will be followed by a poster session where visitors can meet potential proposers presenting their project ideas or competence.
We strongly encourage potential proposers to use this opportunity to present their project ideas or competencies in either the pitching sessions or the poster sessions. Please indicate your intention to present in the registration tool.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory. In case there are too many requests for pitching, selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Given the limited capacity of the venue, those with concrete project ideas and participating in the pitching sessions will be granted priority for in-person participation.
