Strengthen your human resources management with the cluster's HR tools

The Systematic Paris-Region cluster provides HR tools, an HR guide, profession studies and annual HR surveys to help you carry out and optimize your human resources: recruitment, skills development, career monitoring, implementation or optimization of your HR strategy, etc.

The results of the HR survey

Every year for the past seven years, the Systematic Paris-Region cluster has conducted a telephone survey on human resources needs in order to obtain indicators on the HR situation of SMEs, to make its HR roadmap known and to adapt the available tools accordingly.

Reconversion programs, Reconversion 1000 in particular

For companies:

You want to have access to profiles that are difficult to find, think about “recruiting differently”! Profiles resulting from retraining are an excellent alternative to have access to skills for jobs in tension.

For the territories:

Do you want to offer an alternative to job seekers in your territory through retraining in digital professions? The Systematic Paris-Region cluster can implement the Reconversion 1000 program for your region.

Some figures:

Partnerships with four schools, Pôle Emploi and the ONTPE (National Organization of Very Small Enterprises).

Program set up within four local authorities.

An average of 115 reconversions per year via Reconversion 1000 in the four partner local authorities, with nearly 97% of return to employment.

Obtained the ParisCode label in partnership with the HENIX EQL school for 2017, 2018 and 2020.
